Located in an exclusive 82,000 SF corner lot facing the Biscayne Bay, this 20,000 SF contemporary mansion was designed by the South African firm SAOTA.  Studio Mc+G Architecture is the Architect of record conducting coordination, permitting construction administration and construction documents.

With Kurisu as the landscape designer,  the green areas draw from Japanese design, featuring a meditation hut and bamboo groves and colorful vegetation, which establish a dialogue with the curvilinearity and tectonic of the residence.
