The Pelican boutique hotel is one of the most iconic and recognizable buildings in Miami Beach. Located on the famous Ocean Drive with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, this oceanfront property is rooted in history and bold in design. Originally constructed in 1948 by renowned architect Henry Hohauser, the four-story, 33-guestroom, 19,000-square-foot building is a designated contributing structure by the City of Miami Beach’s Historic Preservation Board. Our team led the permitting and construction efforts for the hotel’s complete renovation, ensuring that every step aligned with historic preservation guidelines while introducing modern upgrades. Interior design was executed by Andrea Rosso, blending contemporary flair with the building’s classic Art Deco character. The result is a restored and reimagined hospitality destination that honors its past while embracing a vibrant, design-forward future.
