The Pelican boutique hotel is among the most recognized buildings on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach.

Our team led the full renovation of the four story, 33 guestroom, 19,000 SF hotel. Each guestroom of the hotel has a different theme and not one room is alike. The hotel is the epitome of fun and eclectic much like Ocean Drive itself.

The Pelican is situated overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and was initially designed in 1948 by architect Henry Hohauser and is a designated as a contributing structure in Miami Beach.
