The 32-guestroom hotel, Urbanica the Fifth, was designed by our studio for the Urbanica chain, a young firm that is making an impact in the hospitality industry in the region and beyond.

Located in the main thoroughfare of Miami Beach – 5^th Street – Urbanica the Fifth is an cutting edge structure that brings together industrial elegance with a concise blend of comfort, style and hospitality. The hotel features an open courtyard, on-site parking, a restaurant and a rooftop pool.

Our team conducted the design, construction documentation, coordination and construction administration of the 5-story, 26,000 SF building.
