This residence, currently under construction, was designed by the South African firm SAOTA and Studio Mc+G is the Architect of Record for the project.

The 15,000 SF house, located in the exclusive Golden Beach area, sits on a 25,000 SF lot. Its owners, avid tennis players, requested a tennis court be placed in the forefront of the design, where it sits discretely behind generous vegetation. Its wood, stone and floating roofs, inspired by Balinese Architecture, are enhanced by the reflections of the sunset in the waters of the intracoastal. Generous glazed facades operate to allow its rich interiors to blend with the water and the lush landscape.
