DELANO HOTEL

A staple of the post-World War II re-imagining of Miami Beach, the 170 feet, 14 stories high Delano hotel was originally designed by Robert Swartburg and built in 1947. The building is located in the Ocean Drive/Collins Historic District of Miami Beach. Named for Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the Delano captured the patriotism and pride of the era.

Our firm is the Lead Architect on the Complete Restoration of the 169 guest rooms, 138,000 SF renovation of the main building and exterior pool and beach club with landscape designer Raymond Jungles.
