Located in Delray Beach, FL, we collaborated with Allen Saunders Design to completely renovate a single-family home. Built in the year 2000, the house was transformed into a refined European style residence.

The floor plan was changed and, what once was a five-bedroom house became a three bedroom with hotel-like amenities such as a gym, a home theater and plenty of space for entertaining. French oak floors in a Hungarian point pattern, a modern interior with black, white and aubergine details gave this residence a new sense of style that achieved the client’s requests for a sophisticated home.
