The flatiron-style hotel located on Meeting and Morrison Street in Charleston, SC was designed in collaboration with Charleston-based LS3P for the Montford Group and Opterra Capital.

The 160,000 SF hotel will have 191 guestrooms in 9 floors, catering to growing Charleston hospitality demand. Dining and café will take place at ground level. The rooftop event space and indoor/outdoor dining will allow views of the city.
