Wynwood Works will be the first large mixed-income housing project in the Wynwood Arts District. In collaboration with Magellan Housing and the Miami Heat’s Udonis Haslem, Wynwood Works will yield 120 mixed-income dwelling units configured in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Some of this units will be restricted only to low income and affordable housing tenants.

Once an industrial neighborhood that is now known by its murals, art and culture, the exterior of the building will feature art work designed in partnership with the Miami Light Project and Bakehouse Art Complex.

The project will have dedicated commercial use, a garage that will hold 102 parking spaces as well as an amenities level featuring spaces such as a fitness center, co-working spaces, a community room and a garden.
