Noli 75 is a 10 story mixed-use residential building located in Miami’s newest art and culture district of the Little River neighborhood.

This projet will provide much needed housing for the area and the new residents that are slowly moving uptown. The Project won unanimous approval from the City of Miami UDRB on its first hearing due to the lively art and pedestrian experience that the project offers.
